What is Virtual Router?

Virtual Router is a free, open source software based router for PCs running Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2. Using Virtual Router, users can wirelessly share any internet connection (Wifi, LAN, Cable Modem, Dial-up, Cellular, etc.) with any Wifi device (Laptop, Smart Phone, iPod Touch, iPhone, Android Phone, Zune, Netbook, wireless printer, etc.) These devices connect to Virtual Router just like any other access point, and the connection is completely secured using WPA2 (the most secure wireless encryption.)

No Advertising, No Hassle

Unlike similar applications, Virtual Router is not only completely Free, but will not annoy you with any advertisements. Also, since Virtual Router is not ad-supported, it does not track your web traffic the way other ad-supported applications do/can.

 The Wireless Network create/shared with Virtual Router uses WPA2 Encryption, and there is not way to turn off that encryption. This is actually a feature of the Wireless Hosted Network API's built into Windows 7 and 2008 R2 to ensure the best security possible.

You can give your "virtual" wireless network any name you want, and also set the password to anything. Just make sure the password is at least 8 characters.

Cara Memperbaiki Master Boot Record Windows 7 !! Simak Gan !!

Jika windows 7 anda macet saat booting karena tidak bisa meload boot loader, kemungkinan besar masalah tersebut dikarenakan master boot record dari hardisk di PC/notebook anda mengalami masalah. Untuk mengatasinya, diperlukan DVD installer windows 7 dan beberapa langkah kecil yang bisa anda lakukan tanpa harus meminta bantuan seorang teknisi komputer.

Jika yang sedang error pada saat booting bukan dikarenakan boot loader atau master boot record (misalkan windows 7 hanya bisa masuk pada safe mode), maka tips ini tidak akan berguna karena tips ini hanya bisa mengatasi master boot record yang error.

Booting menggunakan DVD Installer Windows 7

* Masukkan DVD installer windows 7 ke dalam DVD Rom.
* Rubah setting BIOS agar pertama kali booting melalui DVD Rom. Atau anda juga bisa menggunakan menu booting dan memilih DVD Rom pada saat notebook/PC pertama kali dinyalakan.
* Nyalakan PC/notebook.
* Setelah proses booting berjalan, klik Repair your computer.

 

 System pada DVD installer wndows 7 akan mencari di drive mana windows 7 di install. Jika sudah ditemukan, lanjutkan dengan klik tombol Next.

Setelah itu, pada jendela System Recovery Options ada bisa memilih mana yang akan anda gunakan. Untuk kali, karena kita akan memperbaiki boot loader windows 7 pilih Command Prompt.

Memperbaiki Master Boot Record (MBR)

Jika ingin memperbaiki master boot record, anda bisa melakukannya dengan perintah sederhana di bwah ini.

bootrec /fixmbr

Jika ingin mengetahui lebih jauh perintah apa saja yang bisa dilakukan dengan perintah bootrec, gunakan perintah bootrec /? pada command prompt.

Setelah selesai memperbaiki Master Boot Record, tutup jendela command promt dan restart desktop PC atau notebook anda.

Jika masih mengalami masalah dengan boot loader windows 7, anda mungkin harus mengkonsultasikan masalah tersebut dengan teknisi komputer yang berpengalaman.

Install Android 2.2.1 Froyo On iPhone 3G / 2G Using Bootlace in Cydia

Probably the most easiest way to install Android on an iPhone 2G/3G is via iPhoDroid, which we did cover previously. But the problem with it is; you should have a computer to run the whole process of installing Android on your iPhone 2G/3G. But thanks to Bootlace 2.1, you can now install Android 2.2.1 Froyo on your jailbroken iPhone without needing to connect it to any PC or Mac!

To kick things off, Bootlace 2.1 is only compatible with the following iPhones and iOS’:

iPhone 2G running iOS 3.1.2 and 3.1.3.
iPhone 3G running iOS 3.1.2, 3.1.3, 4.0, 4.0.1, 4.0.2 and 4.1.

And the jailbreaking tools which are supported by Bootlace 2.1 are:

PwnageTool
Redsn0w
Blackra1n

Step 1: Jailbreak your iPhone 2G/3G using the steps given in the links above. When you’re done, run Cydia from your iPhone’s springboard, and add “http://repo.neonkoala.co.uk/” (without quotes) as repository. Tap “Add Source”, and then you need to install “Bootlace” as shown in the screenshots below.

 

Step 2: Once you have installed Bootlace, fire up the app from the homescreen:.

 

Step 3: From “Bootlace”, you need to install “OpeniBoot”.  

 

Step 4: Once “OpeniBoot” has been installed, tap on the “iDroid” tab in the bottom row to install iDroid.

 

 Step 5: Once iDroid has been installed on your iPhone, tap the “QuickBoot” tab in the bottom row, followed by tapping on the Android logo, your iPhone now restart and boot into Android. That’s it, you’re done! You now have Android 2.2.1 Froyo on your iPhone.

Repair Kerusakan \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\ Win XP

Ada dua jenis kerusakan \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\ yaitu :

1. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SYSTEM

2. \WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\CONFIG\SOFTWARE


Contohnya seperti ini nih...

Untuk memperbaikinya, ikuti langkah berikut :


- Booting dari CD Installer XP.

- Pada opsi Repair yang pertama, tekan tombol R.

- Tekan angka sesuai dengan lokasi instalasi Windows yang ingin diperbaiki yang sesuai. Biasanya 1.

- Masukkan password administrator jika ada. Tapi kalo ngga ada, langsung enter aja.

Saat udah di DOS Prompt ketik : cd \windows\system32\config atau \system32\config saja kalo kita sudah ada di folder C:\Windows


- Selanjutnya tergantung di mana yang rusak, liat yang di atas nomor 1 ato nomor 2 :


Jika nomor 1 ;
ketik : ren SYSTEM SYSTEM.ERROR > tekan Enter
lanjutkan dengan mengetik : copy \windows\repair\system > tekan Enter


Jika nomor 2 ;
ketik : ren SOFTWARE SOFTWARE.ERROR > tekan Enter
lanjutkan dengan mengetik : copy \windows\repair\software > tekan Enter

- Kalo sudah keluarkan CD dan ketikkan EXIT > tekan Enter

Note :
Biasanya sesudah selesai repair, kita bisa masuk ke Windows tp keadaannya seolah2 driver VGA, Sound dll pada PC kita belum terinstal.

Jangan panik.. Anda tidak perlu menginstal ulang driver, cukup masuk Device Manager > klik kanan pada device yang belum terdetek > pilih Update Driver > Selanjutnya pasti sudah bisa..
